What does the AI Coach do?
The AI Coach generates structured workouts based on your goals, training history, and natural language requests. It handles periodization, zone targeting, and workout structure. Think of it as having a knowledgeable training partner available 24/7.
Can I switch from AI coaching to a human coach?
Absolutely. You can start with AI coaching and connect with a human coach anytime through our coach directory. Your training history and data seamlessly transfers.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro Coach?
Both plans include unlimited athletes. Pro Coach unlocks advanced features like Stripe payments, training plan templates, public profile in the coach directory, and priority AI generation. Start free on Starter — upgrade when you need the extra tools.
Which devices are supported?
Strava, WHOOP, and Garmin connect directly. COROS, Polar, Suunto, Zwift, and Oura connect via our Terra integration. Apple Health syncs through the mobile app.

Do you take a cut of coach payments?
RaceLabs does not take a percentage of coach earnings. You decide how your athletes pay you — Stripe, bank transfer, or any method you prefer. 100% of what they pay goes to you.
