RaceLabs is a fitness training platform that helps athletes analyze their training data, track progress, and connect with coaches. The Service integrates with third-party fitness platforms including Strava, Garmin, and WHOOP to import and analyze your activity data.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Responsibilities

RaceLabs allows athletes to connect with coaches. Any coaching relationship established through the Service is between you and the coach. RaceLabs does not verify coach credentials and is not responsible for coaching advice or services provided by coaches on the platform.

7. Health Disclaimer

The Service provides fitness analytics and insights for informational purposes only. This is not medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program or making changes to your training based on data from the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RaceLabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data and activity data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaceLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
