Athletes and coaches can communicate directly through the RaceLabs messaging system within the app.

For account issues, data deletion requests, or privacy concerns, please contact our privacy team.

Review our policies and legal documents.

Go to your Profile tab and tap "Find a Coach" to browse available coaches. You can also enter an invite code from your coach in the Messages tab.

Navigate to your Profile > Wearables to connect your Strava, Garmin, or other fitness accounts. Workouts will sync automatically.

You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@racelabs.ai. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days.

RaceLabs offers free accounts for athletes. Coaches may set up paid plans for their athletes. Check with your coach for pricing details.
